Locality: Philippines. Visayan Islands. Caubian reef, almost in front of the north tip of Olango Island but on the side of the Caubian deep. 4 m deep. Clear water with a coral bottom mixed with sand and algae patches, rough sand with white coral dust sand. Burried in about 20 cm deep. 29 july 2018.
